Get to know me…
I’ve had a lot of experience in my full time careers from retail experience early on in my life, working within the furniture sector managing a showroom for 11 years and also managing the office from setting up the online ordering system, helping with glitches, setting up PC’s etc here I found my true love for everything IT and web related, then moving in to the FM industry managing everything from the site surveys and quoting process to booking in work and managing teams.
During COVID I built my own e-commerce website as I had designed my very own saddle pad, I felt there was a gap in the market for good quality but affordable saddle pads which actually fit up in to the gullet of the saddle. These were a huge hit as I was able to design from a selection of fabrics and my love for creating videos, marketing, social media and everything web related really took off!. I learnt very quickly about WordPress and Woocommerce and really enjoyed editing my website, adding on new products and building something I was very proud of.
I rebranded my business after a 12 month break as I felt like I wanted to move in a different direction, Enter at A Equestrian after 5 years was re-branded to ‘Equine Therapy Online’. I felt that my passion for therapy products, my increased knowledge in this area, the fact I had now built up several trade accounts including being very lucky to be 1 of 9 therapy stockists for Equilibrium (I stocked Equilibrium, Catago and Epiony) and I was excited to start a new brand, plus I had been very lucky to be able to test these products on my own horse. I have organised, set up and run several stalls at venues such as Aintree Equestrian Centre and Somerford Park, plus pop up shops at training camps and clinics around the North West, here I demonstrated products and really loved chatting to fellow horse owners about their ambitions and allowing them to try products on their horses. I have also sponsored the Carnival of Dressage at Aintree as this is a show I really enjoyed being part of.
